Mango Soup is a celebration of delicious Indian food, following a tradition of vegetarianism and healthy eating.
The recipes were inspired by the author's passionate interest in India, and her travels round the subcontinent; but have also been shaped by her own innovations and adaptations for Western ingredients. The reader is encouraged to experiment with their own variations.
All of the dishes are vegetarian, and can easily be made vegan too; though even meat-eaters will find recipes that they will want to cook again and again.
From well known dishes such as samosas and mattar paneer, to the lesser known dhokla and rasam; this book contains something for all tastes, spanning from snacks and light meals to multi-course feasts.
Cook, eat and be inspired.

Before I heard about it, mango soup did not sound good to me. After I tasted it, I fell in love. Originally I love mangos alone, but in a soup, it is great. Keep up the great work with your articles and please stop by my health blog sometime. The web address is http://healthy-nutrition-facts.blogspot.com/.
